Mr. Chirwa began his professional career on the stage, training as an actor and quickly developing a reputation for his ability to unlock presence and authenticity in performance. Over a decade of working with theatre companies, television productions, and independent film sets gave him an intimate understanding of what separates a competent performer from one who truly captivates.
Recognising that the skills of a great actor - breath control, physical awareness, vocal projection, emotional clarity - are equally powerful in the boardroom, Mr. Chirwa expanded his practice into executive and public-speaking coaching. He has since worked with senior executives, keynote speakers, TED-style presenters, and corporate communications teams across multiple industries.
His coaching philosophy is direct and outcomes-driven: every session is built around the specific challenge his client is facing, whether that is an audition, a board presentation, or a media interview. He does not teach theory in isolation - he works in the room, on the material, until the result is undeniable.
